If I change tabs then go back to Terraria, the cursor sometimes appears normal (ie only the in-game cursor appears) except once I move it around the second cursor reappears. If I change to playing windowed I have the exact same issue except depending on the resolution and screen size, the two cursors might be in slightly different positions (relative to each other). I took a screen shot and drew a box showing where I get two cursors inside the box the game functions as normal, and outside it I see two cursors. When I move the in-game cursor outside of a specific area, the normal cursor appears over the top of the in-game cursor (in other words two cursors pointing at same location).
